1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Cyber Quest Room Experience Sydney ("we," "us," or "our") located at 245 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Cyber Quest Room Experience Sydney concerning your access to and use of our digital adventure facility and related services.

2. Description of Services

Cyber Quest Room Experience Sydney provides high-tech interactive entertainment services including virtual reality experiences, holographic puzzle solving, AI-powered challenges, and immersive digital environments. Our services are designed for team building, entertainment, and educational purposes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Age Requirements and Restrictions

Participants must be at least 12 years old to use our cyber quest room experiences. Participants under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must sign a waiver on their behalf. All participants under 18 require parental consent.

Certain advanced experiences may have additional age restrictions due to content complexity or virtual reality requirements. We reserve the right to verify age through valid identification and refuse service if age requirements are not met.

4. Health and Safety Requirements

Participants must be in good physical and mental health to participate in our experiences. Our virtual reality and immersive technologies may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions including but not limited to: epilepsy, seizure disorders, heart conditions, pregnancy, claustrophobia, or severe motion sickness.

All participants must complete a health questionnaire and waiver before participating. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who may pose a safety risk to themselves or others.

5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled experience will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your experience will forfeit 50% of the booking fee. No-shows will forfeit the entire booking fee. We reserve the right to cancel experiences due to technical issues, safety concerns, or insufficient participants, in which case a full refund will be provided.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, technology, software, games, puzzles, and experiences provided by Cyber Quest Room Experience Sydney are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any of our proprietary content.

Participants may not record, photograph, or otherwise document our experiences, puzzles, or solutions without explicit written permission. This includes but is not limited to video recording, audio recording, photography, or sharing puzzle solutions on social media or other platforms.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes but is not limited to contact information, health questionnaire responses, and performance data from your experience.

We may use cameras and sensors to monitor experiences for safety and improvement purposes. Participants will be notified of any recording, and footage will be used solely for safety, training, and service improvement purposes unless explicit consent is given for marketing use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cyber Quest Room Experience Sydney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific experience that gave rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other participants. Harassment, discrimination, violence, or threatening behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the facility without refund.

Participants must follow all safety instructions and facility rules. Intentional damage to equipment or property will result in charges for repair or replacement costs. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates our code of conduct or poses a risk to themselves or others.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. Please review these terms periodically for changes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
